Kindergarten

In the kindergarten of the German School of Riga our professional teachers from Germany provide high-quality educational development. Your child from the age of 15 months until its entry into elementary school will be provided with excellent eduactional skills. The kindergarten is structured into three age groups: toddlers, the intermediate age group, and finally the pre-school year.

Our comprehensive educational concepts include promoting social competences, developing motor skills and emotional growth. We also focus on age-adapted academic learning. Much of this we achieve through communal working, playing, crafting, experimenting, singing and even celebrating. Graduating pre-school our children are fluent in German, can read and write, have basic knowledge in English and mathematics.

This early childhood education we further complement through additions selected from a wide range of optional extracurricular activities. We offer swimming, skiing, dancing and starting with pre-school many more. Our all-inclusive services from 08:00 until 18:30 help you to keep your own daily commitments.
